This is our larger group training programme limited to 30 people per session. This programmes main focus is helping our clients become fitter stronger and drop body fat. These training sessions are designed to build fitness through varied training sessions and help focus on getting the simple things right. We focus on training that has maximal impact on your body shape with guidance from our coaches on each session you can be guaranteed results from your programme.
We run our session in a fun friendly environment no matter what your level of fitness we are here to help. Our goal is your goal and we will work along side you to make this goal a reality while your having fun.
